On the 22.07.2015 Allianz Global Investors GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has informed us according to § 21 para. 1 WpHG that via shares their Voting Rights on the Nexus AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, ISIN: DE0005220909, have below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 17.07.2015 and on that day amounted to 2.51% (this corresponds to 395000 Voting Rights) . 2.51% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 395000 Voting Rights) are attributed to Allianz Global Investors GmbH in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
