Pelikan AG: Claudio Esteban Seleguan zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden ernannt

Der Aufsichtsrat der Pelikan AG hat mit Beschluss vom heutigen Tag das
Vorstandsmitglied Herrn Claudio Esteban Seleguan mit sofortiger Wirkung zum
Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Gesellschaft ernannt.

Er verantwortet seit 15. Dezember 2014 die Ressorts "Marketing und Vertrieb
International" (außerhalb von Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz),
"Produktentwicklung" und "Business Development", um gemeinsam mit seinen
Vorstandskollegen die Pelikan AG auf globaler Ebene erfolgreich in die
Zukunft zu führen.

Herr Seleguan verfügt über 25 Jahre internationale Erfahrung in der
erfolgreichen Führung von verschiedenen Unternehmen der Pelikan Gruppe.

Pelikan AG: Claudio Esteban Seleguan Appointed Chief Executive Officer

By resolution passed today, the Supervisory Board of Pelikan AG has
appointed Mr. Claudio Esteban Seleguan, member of the Board of Directors,
as the company's Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Seleguan has been responsible for the portfolios "Marketing and Sales
International" (outside from Germany, Austria, Switzerland), "Product
Development" and "Business Development" since 15 December 2014. The aim is
to lead Pelikan AG into a successful future at the global level jointly
with his Board colleagues.

Mr. Seleguan has more than 25 years of international experience with
successful management of various companies of the Pelikan group.
