Alphaform AG: subsidiary Alphaform-Claho applies for insolvency procedure

Feldkirchen, 30.07.2015 - Alphaform-Claho GmbH, Eschenlohe, a 100%
subsidiary of Alphaform AG, Feldkirchen, applied to the responsible county
court of Munich to open insolvency proceedings today, due to inability to
pay. The parent company also made an insolvency application to the county
court of Munich on 28.07.2015. The inability of Alphaform-Claho GmbH to pay
is due to group interdependences, a direct consequence of the impending
inability to pay of the parent company.
