A group company of mybet Holding SE (ISIN DE000A0JRU67) has today signed
the planned master agreement on further collaboration with Amelco UK Ltd.,
a specialist for the development of software solutions and products for the
betting industry. Because it took longer than originally anticipated to
deal with all the contractual details appropriately, the master agreement
with Amelco has been concluded slightly later than originally planned.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

Zeno Osskó, CEO: 'Now that essential preparations and initial measures have
already been put in place over the past few months, the agreement concluded
today means the next steps in implementing the project can proceed
according to plan. The working results obtained to date endorse the view of
the Management Board that the partnership with Amelco is the right solution
to fundamentally revamping the sports betting and casino range across all
sales channels and further improving system stability. It will therefore
help the company to continue closing the gap on the leading competitors.
The project investments required will be a drag on earnings for 2015 but
the Management Board believes they will translate into overproportional
earnings growth from 2016 on.'
