WCM: Frank Roseen to become a member of the Management Board

Frankfurt, 17 August 2015 - WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG (WCM AG,
ISIN: DE000A1X3X33) has reinforced its Management Board, as already
announced on 23 June 2015. Frank Roseen (age 52) is an experienced real
estate specialist and will assume responsibility for Acquisitions and
Finance as CIO/CFO from 1 September 2015. Mr. Roseen has many years of
experience in top-level management with international groups. During the
past 13 years he has held executive positions with GE Capital Real Estate,
most recently as Managing Director Germany & Central and Eastern Europe. In
this position he was responsible for a real estate portfolio of around USD
4 billion in this region. WCM believes that bringing this top quality
manager on board is a further key step as part of its current portfolio
expansion. Stavros Efremidis will continue to be a member of the Management
Board as the company's CEO.
