    MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - Aug 31, 2015) - Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL), or the "Company," a video, mobile, and computer games publisher, today announced Soul and Vibe Books, a publishing label for interactive books based on licensed-brands and proprietary Soul and Vibe digital content.

    "The 'interactive book' represents an emergent product category, where we expect to broaden our customer base, expand our product line, and build new brands. The interactive book category is a growing segment of the digital content marketplace, where we also expect to establish a new tier of revenue, while also offering cross-promotional opportunities for our video games, entertainment apps, and music offerings," said Peter Anthony Chiodo ("Tony"), Soul and Vibe's CEO and President. "As Soul and Vibe continues to grow, the Company anticipates it will publish a broadened mix of interactive content across a variety of entertainment mediums. Soul and Vibe is a name that, to date, has lent itself to video games and to music, two content genres that are, in many ways, very complementary. Now, our Company is working on leveraging our licensed-brands, like John Deere, and proprietary IPs, like SirVival, toward interactive books.     The Company believes the strategy will help build brands and establish an all-important one-to-one relationship with customers. The Company anticipates that when users have a positive experience with one of its games, music releases, and/or books, that customer will be more apt to explore the Company's other offerings, potentially driving revenue.

    Through 2015, the Company has also focused on building a "recurring release calendar." The strategy behind this effort is to create a more even distribution of quality products across a fiscal year in an effort to drive revenue and cross-promote the Company's offerings via a diversified, but complementary, product mix. This strategy includes plans by the Company to provide consistent product news updates to keep its investors, players, listeners, and now readers, "in the know" about what it is working on, and when it will be released.
