Cologne (pta029/01.09.2015/18:15) - 1st September 2015 - Ultrasonic AG (Prime Standard, ISIN DE000A1KREX3, US5) announces that Dr. Johannes Mauser stepped down from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ultrasonic AG with effect from 1st September 2015.
