SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Publishes Notice of Meeting of Noteholders on October
8, 2015(Bearer notes issued by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG,
ISIN: DE000A1MASJ4 / WKN: A1MASJ)

Kahl am Main, September 15, 2015 - The SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES) invites the holders of the notes issued by SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES AG, ISIN: DE000A1MASJ4 / WKN: A1MASJ, to a meeting of
noteholders to be held at Hotel Maritim, Theodor-Heuss-Allee 3, 60486
Frankfurt (Room Maritim III) on October 8, 2015.

Amongst others, the agenda includes the following items:

_ appointment of a joint representative of the noteholders;
_ resolution on a temporary waiver of (i) a potential termination right in
case the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES or a material subsidiary (as defined in the
terms and conditions of the notes) offers or makes an agreement for the
benefit of its creditors generally (paragraph 7 (a) (vi) (B), second
half-sentence of the terms and conditions of the notes) as well as (ii) a
potential extraordinary termination right pursuant to section 490 of the
German Civil Code (BGB);

_ resolution on the authorization and the powers of the joint
representative to be appointed, who, amongst others shall be authorized (i)
to grant a deferral of claims for interest payments due on March 23, 2016
until March 23, 2017 at the latest (redemption date pursuant to paragraph 4
(a) of the terms and conditions of the notes), (ii) to exclusively exercise
the noteholders' termination rights as well as (iii) to temporarily waive,
during the period up to and including December 31, 2016 the noteholders'
termination rights under the terms and conditions of the notes and/or for
good cause, in particular due to any potential deterioration in the
financial circumstances of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES.
