Alphaform plans sale of devision

Feldkirchen, September 24, 2015. Alphaform AG has reached an agreement in
principle with Proto Labs, Inc. Maple Plain, Minnesota a company listed on
the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:PRLB) on the key terms and conditions of
a Sale of selected assets and operations to Proto Labs. By the way of an
Asset Deal the planned transaction will include the entire operations of
Alphaform AG, her Finish and UK subsidiaries as well as the Direct Metal
Laser Sintering and Injection Molding services currently offered by
Alphaform-Claho GmbH. MediMet Precision Casting and Implants Technology
GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Alphaform AG is not part of the transaction. The
transaction is expected to be completed in early October.
