Alphaform signs contract for the sale of business divisions

Feldkrichen, October 2, 2015. On October 2, 2015 the insolvency
administrator of Alphaform AG, Dr. Hubert Ampferl, has signed a contract
with Proto Labs, Inc., Maple Plain, Minnesota a company listed on the New
York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PRLB) for the sale of selected assets and
operations to Proto Labs. As a result, Proto Labs has taken over major
assets of the operational business from Alphaform AG and its subsidiary
Alphaform-Claho GmbH via asset deal with effect from October 1, 2015. In
addition Proto Labs acquired all shares of the solvent Finish and UK
subsidiary.
