Deutsche Telekom Teams Up With iPass to Offer Unlimited Global Wi-Fi to Enterprises in More Than 50 Countries

REDWOOD SHORES, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 17, 2015) - iPass Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS), the world's largest Wi-Fi network, today announced that it has extended its partnership with Deutsche Telekom AG, one of the world's leading integrated telecommunications companies. Through the partnership, Deutsche Telekom will now offer its business customers unlimited access to iPass' global network of more than 20 million Wi-Fi hotpots, including airports, hotels, restaurants and other public areas. The iPass global network will increase to 50 million Wi-Fi hotspots by the end of 2015.

iPass Unlimited utilizes a Software-as-a-Service delivery model, with Wi-Fi provisioned as a service from the cloud. Through a single log-in, Deutsche Telekom's enterprise customers can obtain automatic and unlimited access to cost-effective and secure global Wi-Fi via smartphones, tablets and laptops both at home and abroad.
