Frankfurt, January 12, 2016. The auditor BDO AG has terminated the audit
assignment with Vtion Wireless Technology AG (Vtion) for the annual
financial statement 2015 for good cause. The company will file an
application for the nomination of a new auditor at the responsible local
court Frankfurt at short notice. Nevertheless, Vtion expects that the
publication of the audited annual financial statement 2015 will be delayed.
