PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: PATRIZIA completes property transactions worth EUR 8.7 billion - Seite 2

Kingdom, the Nordic countries, the Netherlands and France. Acquisitions and
sales of EUR 1.4 billion were carried out in Scandinavia alone. The total
value of transactions in the UK amounted to EUR 940 million. This included
an acquisition for a Taiwanese investor of the building accommodating the
famous Madame Tussauds waxworks in London. Property transactions in the
Netherlands total EUR 450 million and in France and Belgium EUR 200
million.
