Freddie Mac Prices $253 Million Multifamily K-Deal, K-J03

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2016) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates) that are backed by underlying collateral consisting of supplemental multifamily mortgages. The company expects to issue approximately $253 billion in K Certificates (K-J03 Certificates), which are expected to settle on or about February 17, 2016.
