accordance with §91 BörseG (Austrian Stock Exchange Act), that from February 2,
2016 on, Lazard Frères Gestion SAS (Lazard) is authorized to exercise a total of
339,505 voting rights (or 4.99%) attached to the shares in Rosenbauer
International AG, thereby crossing below the 5% voting rights threshold.

This notification has to be read in conjunction with the notification dated in
September 2015 regarding the crossing of the 5% of SICAV itself. A fund of
Lazard Freres Gestion SAS (Lazard) named SICAV Objectif small caps euro (SICAV),
has crossed the voting rights of the shares in Rosenbauer International AG to
4,89 %. The total number of shares and voting rights in Rosenbauer International
