Vonovia SE: Thomas Zinnöcker verlässt den Vorstand - Seite 3

Board of Vonovia SE, has left his role at the housing company. His contract
was annulled by mutual consent.

"Thomas Zinnöcker's exemplary commitment enabled Vonovia to successfully
complete the integration of GAGFAH ahead of time. As a result of his
efforts, his contract has been annulled by mutual consent. In the name of
the whole Supervisory Board I would like to express my sincerest thanks for
his collaborative engagement as a member of the board and wish him all the
very best for the future," said Dr. Wulf H. Bernotat, chairman of the
Supervisory Board of Vonovia SE.

Thomas Zinnöcker was appointed to the board during the integration of
GAGFAH and the former Deutsche Annington. In this position, he was
primarily responsible for the integration of the two companies. With the
integration now successfully completed, his temporary role has also come to
an end.

Thomas Zinnöcker previously held a number of leadership positions in the
real estate industry. Prior to joining Vonovia, he was CEO at GAGFAH, a
role he held since 2013. Before this, Thomas Zinnöcker spent eight years at
the helm of GSW Immobilien AG in Berlin.
