EnerPlex Reaches Exclusive Agreement With KOMSA Kommunikation Sachsen AG, One of Germany's Largest Distributors

(OTCQB: ASTI), a developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art, flexible thin-film photovoltaic modules integrated into the company's EnerPlex™ series of consumer products, announced today the Company has completed an agreement for the exclusive distribution of EnerPlex products within Germany with KOMSA, the Hartmannsdorf, Germany based distributor.
