Ströer considers to launch share repurchase program and other possible
measures in response to short-seller attack

In connection with the short-seller attack by hedge fund Muddy Waters,
Ströer is currently considering all possible measures normally taken in
reaction to a short-seller attack. This also includes considering a
potential share repurchase program. Preparatory measures are currently
being taken which would allow the company, after conclusion of its
considerations, to react in the short term as necessary. Ströer has not yet
taken a decision on possible measures to be taken.
