In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Adler Modemärkte AG elected
Mr Massimiliano Monti as new Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Massimiliano Monti (45), Partner of Equinox S.A. and board member since 13
June 2013, succeeds Dr Michele Puller whose election as Chairman of the
Supervisory Board has been revoked. Dr. Puller remains a member of the
Supervisory Board.
