Freddie Mac Prices $1 Billion Multifamily K-Deal, K-F16

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - May 5, 2016) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates) backed by floating-rate multifamily mortgages with predominantly 10-year terms. The approximately $1 billion in K Certificates (K-F16 Certificates) are expected to settle on or about May 18, 2016.
