CPI PROPERTY GROUP - Total Voting Rights Announcement
Further to its press release of 29 April 2016 CPI PROPERTY GROUP hereby
announces that the total number of CPI PROPERTY GROUP shares and the voting
rights amounts to 5,818,459,502 at the end of April 2016.
In its press release of 29 April 2016 CPI PROPERTY GROUP mentioned the
number of voting rights of 5,267,764,587, which excluded the 550,694,915
treasury shares held by the Company with suspended voting rights.
Shareholders, notifying their proportion of voting rights of CPI PROPERTY
GROUP are reminded, that they shall use the total of 5,818,459,502 for
their calculation of the voting rights.
