CPI PROPERTY GROUP raises EUR 55 million and issues 550 million new shares

CPI PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company") announces the issue of 550,000,000 new
ordinary shares for a global cash contribution of EUR 55 million. The new
shares were subscribed by the current shareholder EFIMACOR S.a r.l., an
entity closely associated with Mr. Radovan Vítek.

The new shares, having a par value and a subscription price of EUR 0.10
each, were issued today in a reserved capital increase under the Company's
authorized share capital and fully paid by cash. The new shares are not
listed upon their issue, but the Company will seek to list them on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

The corporate share capital of the Company has thus been increased today
from EUR 545,276,458.70 represented by 5,452,764,587 shares to EUR
600,276,458.70 represented by 6,002,764,587 shares.

The total number of shares comprising the share capital of the Company is
6,002,764,587 as of 9 June 2016.
