Goldbach and RTL agree to early extension of their exclusive representation
contract for several years
Küsnacht, 16.06.2016. The Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland and Goldbach Media
have decided to continue their long-standing, successful partnership by
agreeing to an early extension of their existing marketing contract.

Goldbach Media (Switzerland) AG (formerly IP Multimedia (Switzerland) AG)
has marketed the programmes of the Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland in
Switzerland since the introduction of the Swiss advertising window in 1993.
Over this time, it has firmly established itself among TV audiences as well
as with agencies and advertising customers. The Swiss advertising windows
contribute significantly to ensuring that advertisers' messages reach
intended target groups, making TV advertising in Switzerland interesting
and commercially attractive.
Goldbach Media (Switzerland) AG will continue to market the programmes of
the Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland (RTL, VOX, n-tv, RTL NITRO). Both
companies have extended their exclusive representation contract early for a
term of several years. This ensures continuity and provides a continued
solid foundation for the contractual partners and for advertising clients.
