AROUNDTOWN PROPERTY HOLDINGS PLC ANNOUNCES ITS CONSIDRATION TO PURCHASE
PARTS OF ITS STRAIGHT BONDS

Aroundtown Property holdings PLC considers within the next months to
purchase parts of its outstanding Series A (2021, XS1151498737) and/or
Series D (2022, XS1403685636) straight bonds in one or several transactions
(off-market). The outstanding amounts of bonds will be disclosed in the
Company's website in the relevant bond section.

Exchange/Xetra; ALATP on Euronext) is a specialist real estate company
focused on value-add income generating properties primarily in the German
real estate markets. For the 3 months ending 31 March 2015, Aroundtown
reported an adjusted EBITDA of EUR53 million and a net profit of EUR230
