Six Senses Integrated Wellness Program is an innovative wellness concept at the heart of which lies the wellness screening. The screening is a twenty minutes consultation which enables Six Senses wellness experts to look at each guest individually, and scientifically measure and analyze key physiological biomarkers of health including body composition, metabolism, oxygen distribution, heart function, and circulation, as well as stress parameters. Based on the screening scores, the wellness expert will recommend a personalized wellness program including selected spa treatments, nutritional advice, and a series of fitness and wellness activities to help guests achieve their goal.

The Integrated Wellness Program includes one personalized spa treatment & one personalized wellness activity per day and guidance from the wellness expert at Six Senses Spa at Al Bustan Palace.

One-day and three-day bespoke programs are available, with prices starting from 146 OMR for a one-day program inclusive of lunch at Six Senses Spa at Al Bustan Palace.

To complete their objectives and adjust their fitness routine, guests make use of the hotel gym located at the fitness and recreation center, where fitness coaches are available to assist from 9am to 6pm.
