Hamilton, Bermuda, September 6th, 2016 - Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill") has settled a Total Return Swap agreement (TRS) expiring on September 5, 2016 with 4,000,000 common shares in Seadrill Limited as underlying security.

 

Seadrill now has a holding of 4,318,740 of its own treasury shares.
