CloudAtHome IoT is SoftAtHome's solution enabling any device such as a sensor, heater or a garage door within a home to interact and to be easily managed by the end-user. CloudAtHome IoT is independent of any Cloud provider or radio protocol and can be deployed on both operator and OTT boxes. Operators can thus source IoT devices from any vendor and integrate them into their solution. SoftAtHome's IoT solution works on OTT boxes and traditional CPE devices such as operator gateways and set-top boxes.

"We are thrilled to welcome independent software player SoftAtHome to the Alliance membership," said Mitchell Klein, executive director of the Z-Wave Alliance. "SoftAtHome's expertise in the digital home will be an incredible addition to our ecosystem, which includes major players in telecommunications and broadband."

"We are excited to join the Z-Wave Alliance and to be deploying Z-Wave; Z-Wave will make our IoT ecosystem larger thanks to its strong interoperability. By integrating the Z-Wave standard protocol into SoftAtHome's software platform, we benefit from a large and diverse range of products and features including security, increased access speeds or IoT management and control. Our operator customers can now give their end-users a much higher level of control over their home environment," added Michel Degland, CEO of SoftAtHome.
