- Innovative VoD platform pantaflix.com debuts in Asia

Berlin, November 25, 2016 - pantaflix.com, the innovative Video-on-Demand
(VoD) platform of PANTALEON Entertainment AG (XETRA: PAL, ISIN:
DE000A12UPJ7), will wrap up its beta testing phase in December and launch
in the key Asian territories of Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines and
Vietnam, expanding the audience by over 600 million viewers in addition to
markets already serviced in Europe and the USA.

The launch takes place in four countries where major international
competitors are either not available at all, or only with a very limited
catalogue, and where local providers are unable to match the
www.pantaflix.com program catalogue.

At the same time, these territories show a massive growth in VoD content
purchase on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. For
example, Indonesia, with 258 million inhabitants, is one of the five most
populated countries in the world. And with 42 % of its population under the
age of 25 it has a growing generation, with a changed expectation of the
digital availability of content such as films. These new consumer patterns
represent a tectonic shift in entertainment revenue streams, enabling
potential annual double-digit percentage revenue growth.
