B.V. ANNOUNCE DECISION TO ISSUE EUR 500 MILLION FIXED RATE BONDS DUE
MARCH 2023

Aroundtown Property Holdings plc (Aroundtown) and its wholly-owned
subsidiary ATF Netherlands B.V. (ATF) announce today their decision to
issue EUR 500,000,000 fixed rate bonds due March 2023 (the Bonds). The
Bonds will be issued by ATF and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed
by Aroundtown.

The Bonds will be issued in denominations of EUR 100,000 and will be
offered exclusively to institutional investors outside the United States
and any other jurisdiction in which offers or sales of the Bonds would be
prohibited by applicable law. Application will be made for admission of the
Bonds to trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Aroundtown intends to use the amount raised by the issue of the Bonds to
fund Aroundtown's growth strategy and to re-finance and/or repay existing
debt.
