    Leipzig/Hamburg, 1 February 2017 - Leipzig-based publity AG has acquired an office property with approx. 20,800 m2 in Norderstedt. The main tenant is Lufthansa Industry Solutions AS GmbH.



    Lufthansa developed the newly acquired property, the so-called "Campus Schützenwall" in two construction stages. The property comprises 6 multi-storey units and its striking structure gives it an attractive appearance. It also offers a flamboyant glazed entrance area.



    The building is situated on a plot of around 26,400 m2 and offers more than 500 parking spaces. "Campus Schützenwall" offers approx. 20,800 m2 of rental space and is currently approximately 70% let. The main tenant is Lufthansa Industry Solutions AS GmbH, and other tenants include subsidiaries of Deutsche Lufthansa and IBM. This property ranks among the most important locations in Hamburg for the airline. Lufthansa is one of the world's largest airlines with approx. 120,000 employees.



    The building is in direct proximity to Hamburg International Airport and also to the A7 motorway. Norderstedt is a key part of the Hamburg metropolitan region, and is one of the structurally strongest cities in Schleswig-Holstein The transition between Norderstedt and Hamburg is fluent, and the U-Bahn (underground train) network in Norderstedt is connected to the network in the greater Hamburg region.
