adesso AG finalises complete takeover of SAP consulting company UnitCon GmbH, expanding its customer engagement & commerce business - Seite 2

to strengthen the ties of the existing partnership between ARITHNEA and
SAP.

Both companies worked together within a synergetic partnership even before
they formally joined forces to cultivate the market. New prospects are now
opening up within the adesso Group for the approximately 30 UnitCon
employees, who are being given the opportunity to tackle larger and more
complex projects. The two managing directors of UnitCon will continue to
hold positions of responsibility. Moving forward, Markus Blau will serve as
Business Unit Manager Customer Engagement & Commerce in Darmstadt and as
SAP Partner Manager. Benedikt Bonnmann will head the new ARITHNEA branch in
Darmstadt. He will also be responsible for continuing the expansion of
business intelligence activities, in addition to joining the Management
Board of ARITHNEA.
