Lloyd Fonds AG switching to new Scale stock market segment

- Shares (securities ID: A12UP2) tradable immediately upon the commencement of the Scale segment

- Greater investor awareness expected

Hamburg, March 1, 2017. Lloyd Fonds AG is switching directly to Deutsche Börse AG's new Scale stock market segment when it goes into operation on March 1. As the Hamburg-based investment and asset manager explained, the contracts for inclusion in the replacement to the former Entry Standard segment have already been signed and accepted. Lloyd Fonds AG's designated sponsor, Oddo Seydler Bank AG, will also be acting as the company's capital market partner.

With its focus on mid-size companies, the new segment makes higher demands with respect to transparency, quality and comparability of the listed companies. Two independent research reports commissioned by the stock exchange are necessary, as is participation in an investor conference to offer potential national and international investors a wide range of attractive companies with proven and profitable business models. Lloyd Fonds AG has been offering its shareholders high transparency for many years and expects to achieve even greater awareness of its shares in a higher-quality environment.

Lloyd Fonds AG has been listed on the stock exchange since 2005 and joined Deutsche Börse's Entry Standard in April 2013. The company has previously already exceeded the minimum reporting standards by preparing its annual and semi-annual reports in accordance with IFRS and publishing them in German and English as well as regularly publishing independent research reports.
