Daldrup & Söhne AG: Analysts confirm good corporate development
Grünwald / Ascheberg, 10 April 2017 - The research firm SMC-Research GmbH has raised its price target for the drilling technology and geothermics specialist Daldrup & Söhne AG (ISIN DE0007830572), while equinet Bank AG has confirmed its price target. After successfully concluding contracts for geothermal drilling in Geretsried and Bad Bellingen with an order volume of over 20 million euros as well as the commissioning of new heat exchangers for the geothermal power plant Taufkirchen, SMC-Research has raised its price target for Daldrup shares from 12.15 euros to 13.70 euros (hold). equinet analyst Winfried Becker confirms his price target of 9.50 euros with a purchase recommendation. This is because he regards the company as being on a good course in the medium term towards becoming a medium-sized energy supplier with a more stable turnover and cash-flow basis from the revenue generated by the sale of electricity and heat from geothermal power stations. For analyst Holger Steffen at SMC-Research too, the future power station operation is the key to the purchase recommendation.
