    The Board of Directors of NeXR Technologies SE (“Company” or “NeXR”) has decided today, with reference to the ad hoc announcement of 19 May 2023, to file an application for the opening of regular insolvency proceedings for the Company. Following consideration, alternative financing options are not apparent in the short term.
