4. Kennzahlen, Bewertung und Prognosen:
Im Jahr 2022 wurde ein Umsatz von 11,27 Mio. EUR erzielt. Im Vorjahr lag dieser bei 11,62 Mio. EUR. Die Umsatzerlöse aus dem letzten Jahr wurden leicht untertroffen. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurde ein EBIT von -4,91 Mio. EUR verzeichnet. Im Jahr 2021 fiel das EBIT mit -4,14 Mio. EUR höher aus. Nichtsdestotrotz wird von Marinomed eine Fortsetzung des Wachstumspfades erwartet, Marinomed gelungen ist, im Q1 2023 einen Umsatz von 3,31 Mio. EUR zu erzielen. Im Verhältnis zum Q1 2022, wo die Umsätze bei 2,41 Mio. EUR lagen, sind die Umsatzerlöse um 38% gestiegen.
Auf Basis unseres DCF-Modelles leiten wir einen fairen Wert von 69,90 Euro je Aktie ab. Unser Rating lautet KAUFEN.
Für das aktuelle Geschäftsjahr rechnen wir mit einem Umsatz in Höhe von 14,1 Mio. EUR. In den nächsten zwei Jahren prognostizieren wir Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von 18,19 Mio. EUR (2024) und 23,11 Mio. EUR (2025). In diesem Jahr (2023) sollte ein höheres EBIT im Vergleich zum Vorjahr 2022 erzielt werden. Unseren Schätzungen zufolge wird das EBIT -4,05 Mio. EUR betragen. Ab 2024 sehen wir das Potenzial von Marinomed, die ersten Gewinne einzufahren. Deshalb erwarten wir ein EBIT von 1,05 Mio. für das Jahr 2024 und ein EBIT von 4,41 Mio. für das Jahr 2025.

Marinomed develops products for the OTC market up to the approval phase and then licenses them to partners. These partners are renowned and have licenses for the distribution of products in different geographical regions. Currently, 17 Marinomed partners are responsible for supplying 40 countries with developed OTC products.
For the prescription Rx area, Marinomed is looking for partners from the second clinical trial phase onwards who are financially stable and competent. These characteristics are necessary due to the strong market regulation. The partners should be able to contribute to progress in the clinical phases through financial support and expert exchange with Marinomed.
