NW Natural Water Expands Arizona Presence with Acquisition in Major Phoenix Suburb

NW Natural Water Company, LLC (NW Natural Water), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northwest Natural Holding Company (NYSE:NWN) (NW Natural Holdings), has completed the acquisition of Rose Valley Water Company (Rose Valley Water), a water utility serving approximately 2,400 connections in Peoria, Arizona, a major suburb northwest of Phoenix.

The Rose Valley Water acquisition closed on Oct. 2, 2023. With this transaction, NW Natural Water serves more than 164,000 people through approximately 66,000 connections across five states.
