SINTX TECHNOLOGIES ENTERS INTO A SECOND LONG TERM SUPPLY AGREEMENT FOR THE AEROSPACE MARKET

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 21, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SINTX Technologies, Inc. (www.sintx.com) (NASDAQ: SINT; “SINTX” or the “Company”), a manufacturer and developer of advanced ceramic materials and related technologies, announced today that it has entered into a 10-year, Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a leading manufacturer of aerospace components and systems. Under the LTA, SINTX will manufacture and supply key ceramic aircraft engine components which have been qualified through a rigorous evaluation process.

The Quality Management System for our Salt Lake City facility is certified as compliant with both the AS9100D and ISO 13485:2016 standards - for the aerospace and biomedical sectors respectively.”

Valued at potentially as much as $8 million over the life of the agreement, the LTA represents the single largest customer agreement to date for SINTX. The LTA incorporates a significant commitment from SINTX to collaborate with their customer on reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and implementing productivity programs. The LTA extends to the end of 2034 with a customer option to renew for an additional 10-year period.
