Noram Announces Revision to Incentive Grant Announcement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 12, 2024 / Noram Lithium Corp. ("Noram" or the "Company") (TSXV:NRM)(OTCQB:NRVTF)(Frankfurt:N7R) had announced on March 28, 2024 that the Company granted a total of 6,000,000 deferred share units (the "DSUs") to certain directors and officers of the Company in accordance with the new omnibus incentive plan adopted by shareholders of the Company and the annual general and special meeting held on March 18, 2024. Noram would like to amend this information as follows:

The Company has granted a combined total of 6,000,000 deferred share units (the "DSUs") and restricted share units (the "RSUs") to directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The DSUs and RSUs vest one year from the date of grant, subject to certain exceptions, and each DSU entitles the holder to receive one common share of the Company at the time the holder ceases to be a director of the Company. Each RSU entitles the holder to receive one common share of the Company one year from the date of grant.
