IBC Advanced Alloys Closes Sale Leaseback Transaction

FRANKLIN, IN / ACCESSWIRE / May 10, 2024 / IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. ("IBC" or the "Company") (TSXV:IB) is pleased to announce that it has closed the Company's previously announced sale leaseback transaction with Flatbay Properties LLC ("Flatbay").

Pursuant to a purchase contract with Flatbay dated April 30, 2024 (the "Purchase Contract"), Flatbay purchased the property located at 401 Arvin Road, Franklin, Indiana 46131 (the "Property") for US$3,850,000. Flatbay has leased the Property back to a U.S. subsidiary of the Company (the "Subsidiary") from the date hereof until April 30, 2029, during which the Subsidiary may re-purchase the Property from Flatbay, as further described in the Company's press release dated April 30, 2024.

The Purchase Contract resulted in US$3,850,000 in funding for the Company. Following the repayment of the Company's secured term loan with Sallyport Commercial Finance, LLC, the Company expects to have approximately US$485,000 of the proceeds for working capital.
