2 March 2012, Moscow - SB JSC Sberbank (Kazakhstan), a bank subsidiary of
Sberbank of Russia in Kazakhstan, has been named the Best Transnational
Corporate Employer in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the scope of the Senim
2011 contest.

The final rankings of companies comprised of three components - the staff
engagement index (50%), independent expert panel´s assessment (40%) and
findings of a public poll, in which more than 3,000 Kazakhstanis have been
involved (10%).

Senim 2011, designed to identify the best employers in Kazakhstan, is a
second edition of the contest. Its primary objective is to determine and
reward the companies that enjoy complete confidence of their staff and the
broad population as the country´s best employers.

Senim 2011 has been arranged with official support from the Ministry of
Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and
the Atameken Union National Economic Chamber. The organizer of the contest
is the Association of HR Managers. Taking part in the contest were
Kazakhstani and international companies representing various industries.

´This new mark of international recognition is of critical importance to
