WORLDWIDE PAPA´S ANNOUNCES HIGHER THAN 20% COMPARABLE SALES GROWTH IN Q4

WorldWide Papa´s experienced 14% system sales growth during fourth quarter,
which marks the 8th consecutive quarter with year-on-year positive growth
numbers.

LONDON - March 20, 2012-- WorldWide Papa´s, Plc (FSE: 1PJ.F), the exclusive
area developer of Papa John´s International, Inc. restaurants in St.
Petersburg and the Leningrad region of Russia, today announced revenues of
EUR1.0 million for fourth quarter of 2011, a 14% increase from revenues of
EUR0.9 million for the fourth quarter 2010.

Sales growth on a comp basis (stores open for more than one year) was 24%
in the fourth quarter 2011. This increase was made up of a healthy
transaction increase of 20% and an average ticket growth of 3% for the
period.

´WorldWide Papa´s had an excellent end of the year, commented Founder and
Chief Executive Officer, Darrin Stock. ´We finished out 2011 with
continuing growth in our revenues, with an additional one net new
restaurant during the fourth quarter. These results are a testament to the
strength of our brand and our store-level operations in the Russian
market.´

Steve Kendall, COO and VP of Finance of WorldWide Papa´s stated, ´The
healthy transaction growth we have recently seen, shows an increased
frequency of customer visit, as well as new customers enjoying the superior
Papa John´s Pizza.´

With plans in place to reach 40 stores by 2015, management expects no
eminent reason that numbers like the ones generated in the fourth quarter
shouldn´t continue throughout 2012 in the St. Petersburg market.
