bmp - Portfolio Restructuring Complete

bmp media investors AG (ISIN DE0003304200) completed its restructuring -
decided upon in 2011 - into a private equity company focused on the media
and marketing services segment. bmp achieved the best investment
performance in the past in this segment.

After the sale of the software company newtron AG to the Liechtensteinische
Post, bmp´s last shareholding in the biotechnology sector, Revotar
Biopharmaceuticals AG, filed for bankruptcy. bmp revalued Revotar in the
third quarter of 2012 to avoid any additional reduced earnings from this
investment.

The 2.1% stake in E.T.H. AG will be reassigned to the media and marketing
services portfolio as of 2013 due to its similarities. The stake in
Entry-Standard-listed Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG is part of the
company´s securities holdings and will no longer be reported in the
investment portfolio in the future.

strategy whose success has been proven by excellent sales of investments
