ESTAVIS AG: ESTAVIS Continues to Grow

- Another residential portfolio acquired
- New capital measures planned

Berlin, 16 January 2013 - In consistent pursuit of the growth strategy
implemented last year, ESTAVIS AG just signed an agreement concerning the
acquisition of a residential real estate portfolio in the German state of
Thuringia. The portfolio includes seven apartment blocks with a total of
282 apartment units plus one commercial unit. The company intends to
acquire the portfolio within the framework of an increase in kind against
the assignment of 1.1 million shares and the assumption of debt
outstanding.

During their meeting yesterday, Management Board and Supervisory Board
decided to propose on occasion of the general shareholder meeting on 27
February 2013 a capital increase that would include subscription rights for
the shareholders, and would permit the issuance of up to 6 million new
shares. Also to be submitted to the shareholder meeting for approval is the
proposal to launch a stock option plan in a volume of 1.4 million shares.

´Signing the deed for the residential real estate portfolio in Thuringia
marks another big step forward in our ongoing effort to set up a high-yield
proprietary portfolio. The idea underlying the planned capital measures is
to set the scene for the continued growth of ESTAVIS, ´ said Andreas
Lewandowski, Member of the Board of ESTAVIS AG. ´By launching a stock
option plan we moreover intend to communicate to our investors that the
management consistently aligns its own interest with those of the ESTAVIS
shareholders.´
