Fabasoft AG announces preliminary figures for the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2012/2013

Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces
preliminary Group figures for the first nine months of the fiscal year
2012/2013 (1/4/2012-31/12/2012):
- Sales revenue: EUR 16.6 million (EUR 17.5 million in the first nine
months of the fiscal year 2011/2012)
- EBITDA: EUR 0.2 million (EUR 1.6 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2011/2012)
- EBIT: EUR -1.0 million (EUR 0.6 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2011/2012)
- Cash flows from operating activities: EUR -2.3 million (EUR 1.9 million
in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2011/2012)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 9.8 million as of 31 December 2012 (EUR
12.6 million as of 31 December 2011)

Sales revenues amounted to EUR 6.3 million during the third quarter
(1/10/2012-31/12/2012) of the fiscal year 2012/2013 (EUR 6.5 million in the
same period of the previous year). The EBIT of the third quarter amounted
to EUR 0.1 million (EUR 0.4 million in the same period of the previous
year).
