Yesterday evening Deutsche Börse AG announced that Telefónica Deutschland
Holding AG will be included in TecDAX starting March 18th 2013.

´The admittance into the TecDAX among Germany´s 30 largest listed
technology companies in the Prime Standard only a few months after our
successful IPO is a confirmation of our strategy. Remaining focus will be
gaining scale in the German telecommunication market through our multibrand
approach based on data services.´, says René Schuster, CEO of Telefónica
Deutschland Holding AG. ´The entry in the TecDax is the result of a
