    Farstad Shipping ASA is contemplating the issuance of new 5 year and/or 7 year unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market.
       
    The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issues will be used for general corporate purposes including refinancing of existing debt.

    DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank First Securities have been appointed Joint Lead Managers of the potential transactions.
