Guangzhou, China, 24 June 2013. The executive President Xiang Qihan of
Yonyou Software Co., Ltd (www.yonyou.com), the Beijing based and Shanghai
listed leading ERP software provider of China with 1.5 million customers,
100 branches or subsidiaries and 12,500 employees, and the CEO of RIB
Software AG (www.rib-software.com) from Stuttgart Germany have signed a
strategic partnership agreement to offer an integrated 5D BIM end-to-end
solution NC iTWO.

The China and Asian building construction market covers up to 50% of the
world construction volume, and up to 30% of the Chinese GDP or 30% of the
world second biggest economy. Yonyou is the most trusted ERP solution
provider for thousands of top clients in the construction field, and has
the deepest understanding about the Chinese market, leveraged by strong
relationships to key decision makers. RIB is the world's leading integrated
5D BIM Total Cost Management (5D TCM) provider.

The 2013 iTWO individual user license is priced at 20,000 USD before
technology/marketing partnership discounts.
