RIB AG (RSTA) grows into GC U.S. market in Phase I POC* signing with
Leading U.S. Texas Contractor

Phoenix, AZ, 22 August 2013. RIB Software AG has signed a Phase I POC
agreement with the leading U.S. Texas general contractor in the GC market.
Vaughn Construction, Texas' largest leading contractor specializing in
healthcare, higher education, stadium and other complex building
construction projects will utilize iTWO's single source code as the
foundation for building new client construction projects.

Vaughn plans on leveraging iTWO to increase its own revenue by offering
clients variations in project possibilities before and during the building
process with iTWO's unique 5D visual cost and productivity simulation.

The virtual representation of each project combined with a clear picture of
costs and time will provide clients a unique view into future projects,
along with insight into the construction progress of ongoing projects.
Vaughn expects to eliminate cost and schedule risks for clients with
transparency gained into every project, resulting in increased profits for
clients.

iTWO is expected to maximize efficiency in project planning and delivery
for Vaughn, resulting in more clients.
