Alphaform AG re-adjusts forecast for 2013

Feldkirchen, 08th November 2013 - Despite considerable improvements in
operational business and a good revenues development in the third quarter,
Alphaform does not expect to make up for the cyclical earnings slump of the
first half of the year during the complete year 2013. On the one hand, due
to development expenses for the new Internet platform Artshapes and, on the
other hand due to a disappointing extending business of casting implants in
the medical division.

Furthermore, Alphaform expects a total group revenue of EUR26 million for
the year 2013 (previous forecast: EUR26.5 million). Nevertheless, the
company will not be able to compensate the losses of the first half of the
year. Instead of this, after a balanced fourth quarter is expected, the
present loss amounts to EUR-1.2 million (previous forecast: slightly
negative result). Moreover, a Goodwill-impairment for MediMet could arise,
whose amount still need to be defined.
