Premier Holding Corporation Announces Mark Dunnett President of E3

TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 21, 2014) - Premier Holding Corporation (OTCQB: PRHL) today announced that it has named Mark Dunnett as President of E3, Energy Efficiency Experts, a subsidiary of Premier. Mr. Dunnett is a highly seasoned general contractor with more than 35 years of commercial building, facility management and contracting services, specializing in shopping centers, retailers, industrial and commercial facilities as well as those in the hospitality industry.

Mr. Dunnett started his first contracting business in Minneapolis in 1979 with a goal to create a national commercial building business coast to coast. In the early '80s, he expanded operations to Chicago and New York City, servicing national retailer clients. Through this vision, the company grew across the country landing in Dallas and Houston in the first decade and from Florida to California in the second decade, while continuing headquarters in both Chicago and New York and a flourishing east coast operation. 

Mr. Dunnett has been affiliated with many national retail and commercial / industrial groups over the years and carries many awards, recognitions and client relationships covering many years of relationships.

Mark Dunnett brings his vast range of capabilities with him as the new President of E3: from an initial feasibility study through the design and construction of a turnkey facility, he has earned great recognition as an expert in all phases of a building's components, power and mechanical systems and long term maintenance pertaining to all property requirements.
